Epoxy bonding in Cats

Here's a new scam to be aware of, someone is injecting a clear epoxy or plastic bonding agent into cats that are loose or half. The material bonds with the converter material to stop the shaking, and adds about a pound to the converter. Since it is injected past the first biscuit is it hard to detect. You might notice the smell of epoxy or plastic inside the converter.
